- All warranty issues involving a product purchased from Performance Autowerks are to be handled through the manufacturer.
- Returns must be sent in original, undamaged packaging, within thirty days of purchase in near new condition.
- Orders may NOT be canceled after the order has been placed.
- All returns must include an Return Authorization numberPROVIDED BY Performance Autowerks.
- All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Cancellation of a special order product is subject to a 10% processing fee (if you are concerned about this please contact us!). Any product that has the term "Special Order" anywhere in the product description is considered special order!
- Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer
- Credits normally post in at least one billing cycle.
- Credit will not be issued for products purchased before a sale.
- Orders by check or money order will not be processed until check payment has cleared the bank
- Most orders are subject to manufacturer availability, which may cause a delay in receipt of your order.
- Many products Performance Autowerks sells are drop shipped from the manufacturer. This means that there can occasionally be shipping delays related to the suppliers processing and shipping system. We will notify you whenever possible of any delays caused by the manufacturer. However please remember this is not always 100% possible.
